DELIVERY
Breo offers a standard postage service, and a fully tracked service option. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day as your order if not the next, if ordered by 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, or Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Unfortunately with ongoing repercussions from Brexit, we can no longer offer European delivery. Thank you so much if you have been a European customer in the past. We hope very much we will be able to deliver our sunglasses again to you soon (fingers crossed 2026!)
DISPATCH
Breo offers Royal Mail standard postage service.
- Mon-Friday before 1pm: We will always aim to dispatch orders on the same day as your order.
- Saturday/Sunday: Orders will be dispatched the next working day.
- Bank Holidays: Orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.
Delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes are beyond our control. We advise you to order early where you can.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders sent to addresses outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these and have to ask that the customer is responsible for settling the cost. Unfortunately these vary for different countries so we are unable to estimate what they will be on a case by case basis. Breo does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Breo is responsible for the error.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered from breo.co.uk, send them back - within 28 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition, i.e. in the original packaging, unworn and we will refund your money or exchange it for a different size or colour. You can either email us or write directly on your order sheet what you would like to happen to your items.
